Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Advise clients on social media advertising, promotion strategies, video, and graphics content creation to increase sales of goods and services;
  • Develop and implement advertising campaigns across all social media accounts including YouTube, Instagram, and etc.;
  • Conduct analysis and surveys to identify the most successful advertising strategies;
  • Prepare or oversee the preparation of reports to the customers on a monthly basis;
  • Develop, create and manage multiple SMM campaigns on different social media accounts;
  • Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other materials;
  • Monitor manage and promote client’s brands on social media;
  • Create, post and manage YouTube videos;
  • Manage comments on YouTube, Instagram, and other social media accounts;
  • Generate leads by outreaching to customers asking for recommendations;
  • Follow customers who write about competitors to pitch the products;
  • Research, outreach, manage contracts and build strong relationships with content creators and key influencers (ranging from YouTube, Instagram, Podcasts, blogs, etc…);
  • Strategize, develop and implement influencer marketing campaigns to increase conversions and sales;
  • Work with influencers, content creators and photographers to maintain a steady stream of imagery, videos, and written content;
  • Stay on top of new social media trends;
  • Work with the Email Marketing Specialist to create/execute on advertising campaigns;
  • Daily content development and scheduling, monitoring and engagement across social platforms including YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.

 

 Qualification:

  • College Diploma;
  • 1 to 2 years of Social Media Marketing experience, Online Sales experience, confirmed international work experience with multicultural clients;
  • Expert knowledge of social channels, such as but not limited to, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat, blogs, Podcasts, LinkedIn, Tumblr and other platforms;
  • Must be Google certified;
  • International training is an asset;
  • Understand SEO and how it relates to social media;
  • Experience acting as a social media thought leader influencing senior executives and gaining buy-in within a matrix organization;
  • Ability to speak effectively to a multicultural millennial audience via social media;
  • Proven experience managing paid social budgets in an efficient manner on major platforms;
  • Ability to demonstrate how social campaigns deliver impact to broader business and marketing objectives;
  • Ability to interpret data using established analytic reporting tools;
  • Must have knowledge of advertising on platforms such as Google, Yandex, Mail, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and others;
  • Must be familiar with design, video production, and photo editing software and programs;
  • The portfolio is mandatory, please include samples of your clients’ accounts: YouTube, Instagram, FaceBook etc.
